The platform has just launched and improves every day. Reports are recorded normally. If you see something that does not work, tell us.

How to report a problem

  1. Enter a nearby street name and area
  2. Locate the problem on a map of the area
  3. Enter details of the problem
  4. We send it to the council on your behalf

What we do and where your report goes

You point at the problem on the map and write a few words. We find who is responsible and send it to them, so you do not have to look for addresses and phone numbers. The report also stays on the public map, so anyone can see what was reported and what was fixed. What is sent: the place and address, the category, the description, the photos and the date; your name and phone only if you give them, your email only if you confirm it.

The platform is non-profit and free to use.

  • Roads, pavements, lighting, drains, cleaning, green spaces: to the municipality where the place is, by email to its address for citizens’ reports.
  • Parking at a charger or blocking the way: at once, as a complaint to the local police station and traffic police.
  • Parking on a disabled ramp or bay, a pavement or a crossing: to Χωρίς Εμπόδια · xorisempodia.gr, where the form takes you.

Before a photo is published, number plates and faces are blurred automatically. Your email and phone go only to the service; your name is shown only if you choose. Once the service’s mail server accepts the report, it shows ✓ Delivered. The service replies to you, or with an update on the report’s page. Questions and answers
