For municipalities and public bodies

The site is in a trial run: reports are not sent to the municipalities yet. What is described here applies once it runs normally.

People mark a problem on the map, choose a category and add photos, with number plates and faces blurred. The report reaches the service of yours responsible for that category by email, with the place on the map and the photos.

What a body's account does

  • Change a report's status («In progress», «Fixed» and so on) and post a public update on behalf of the body; the person who made the report hears about it automatically.
  • See all the reports in your area on a map and in a list, with what has happened to each.
  • Correct a report's category, so that it goes to the right service.

How to get an account

Bodies cannot sign up on the site: we create their accounts, so that nobody can close reports in a municipality's name.

  1. Email [email protected] from your body's address (on the municipality's domain, not a personal account) with your name, your service and which categories of report concern you.
  2. We check that the address and you belong to the body, for example with a call to its protocol office or your service.
  3. We create the account and send you a link to set a password.

Signing in

From the same sign-in page as everyone else. Bodies' accounts sign in with email and password only, not with Google, Apple or Microsoft. At the first sign-in you are asked to set up a second step as well: a code that changes every few seconds, from an authenticator app on your phone (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

Wrong service?

If a report reached a service that is not responsible for it, send us the right address at [email protected], with the report's number as the subject; we change it for all the reports that follow.
